Shipping Policy

We usually ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, Excelsior Books, LLC (ComfortableSex.com, BetterHealthBetterSex.com, and ExcelsiorBooks.net) reserves the right to choose the most efficient shipping carrier based on the address provided.

Delivery time to most location will be within 5-10 business days.  Allow up to 15 days for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to an address outside the United States may be subject to taxes and/or duties calculated by your local customs office.  Excelsior Books, LLC will not have knowledge of the taxes and/or duties that may be incurred.  These taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Return Policy

You may return new items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Cancellation Policy (Workshops Only):
If cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the workshop date, a full refund minus a $40 processing fee will be given. If your cancellation occurs within two weeks of the workshop date, a refund will not be issued. If you wish to request a refund, please email us at service@excelsiorbooks.net.
